  • Data voluntarily provided to request a transfer or contact: name, phone number, trip details, pick-up, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, payment preference and request content.
  • Data included in communications sent by email or phone.

Technical note: the website form does not store data in a database and does not send it to marketing platforms. After completion, it opens a pre-filled email through Gmail.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to requests and preparing quotes or chauffeur services: pre-contractual or contractual steps.
  • Managing bookings, payments, service communications and assistance: performance of a contract.
  • Meeting tax, accounting or legal obligations: legal obligation.
  • Keeping the website secure and functional: legitimate interest of the controller.

The website does not send newsletters and does not use personal data for marketing campaigns or commercial profiling.

Retention

Request data is kept for the time needed to reply, organise the service and manage administrative obligations or disputes. Communications that do not lead to a booking may be kept for up to 12 months, unless further retention is needed. Tax documents are kept for the period required by law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and data portability where provided by the GDPR, by contacting the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
